The Holistic Approach- Developing OALCF Task-Based Activities- Practitioner Guide
The purpose of this Practitioner Guide is to show how the Aboriginal Framework to Life/Learning, most often referred to as the Medicine Wheel – or the Wheel of Life – relates to the Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework (OALCF), in particular the development of task-based activities; and to make it easier for practitioners who are accustomed to working holistically with learners to understand how their approaches, methodologies and resources meet the requirements of the OALCF.
